Our job as reclamation engineers and sustainable product designers is to determine the best applications for reclaimed textiles. We evaluate materials on many levels and we test each to the limits of performance, durability and overall sustainability impact. The wide selection of products in our custom manufacture catalog illustrates our expertise in combining dynamic materials into functional and cutting-edge products.

The Cons: Reclaimed materials aren't generally designed to be made into things other than their intended use. Usually, the intended use has a very small lifespan, and when discarded the item has absolutely no value except as a toxic burden. This is where our extensive testing really contributes to the quality of our finished goods. Vinyl isn't meant to be folded, vulcanized rubber resists when we try to apply your logo to it directly, nylon ropes release chemicals when you burn them, only skilled industrial sewers and heavy-duty machines can be used to properly fabricate with these resources and certain parts of a wetsuit can never be used in our production.

There are limitations to the way reclaimed materials perform, but when engineered effectively, they create beautiful products that pass as works of art. When we have to buy raw materials, we use only the highest-value fabrics, padding and components available.
